Attorney Mark E. McNabola's entire career over 25 years has involved prosecuting cases for severely injured people.  He is a full-time lawyer who timely responds to clients' questions and needs.  Ask Chicago attorneys to name the best trial attorneys and Mark McNabola's name is sure to surface.

Mark McNabola is an active trial lawyer who believes in representing his clients throughout their relationship and does not delegate his primary responsibilities to another lawyer. He believes that unless a lawyer has experience in the courtroom and is willing to take a case to jury trial insurance companies will never pay the full value of a case.

Consider these facts about attorney Mark McNabola according to the experts in the legal field (including the Jury Verdict Reporter):

  • success rate of almost 100% of the cases he accepts
  • top 5% of lawyers in the Illinois bar
  • highest Martindale-Hubbell rating
  • many results over $10 million
  • record verdicts and settlements in Cook, DuPage and Will Counties
  • his firm results of  over $475 million in verdicts and settlements
  • never offered more money than he received at trial

Mr. McNabola received one of the legal field's top accolades in October 2011. Mark was given a 2011 Trial Lawyer Excellence award from the Jury Verdict Reporter, a division of Law Bulletin Publishing Co. Mark now joins an elite group of ten attorneys in Illinois who have won five or more jury trials of $5 million or more. He is the youngest attorney to receive this honor.

In a recent ten-day period, Mr. McNabola tried a case in DuPage County and received a record jury verdict after rejecting a serious offer from the defense.  During a day off from that trial, he represented a family at a mediation resulting in a $14 million settlement.

Mark McNabola is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Society of Trial Attorneys and a frequent columnist in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and is on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.  He is the Illinois State Advisory Board Member to APITLA (Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America). The organization works to reduce the number of injuries and deaths across America that are caused by unsafe and illegally operating trucking companies. He has lectured and is an author on various topics concerning accident victims' rights. He is frequently quoted in the press on personal injury law and the judicial system.
