Terrance M. Nofsinger joined the law firm of Cogan & McNabola as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney 2011.  Mr. Nofsinger concentrates his practice on representing severely injured people in complex personal injury, construction, products liability and medical malpractice claims.  He also represents employees and the families of those that have been killed or seriously injured in work related accidents. In addition to his trial advocacy, Mr. Nofsinger has briefed and argued numerous injury cases before the Illinois Appellate Court.

While in law school, Mr. Nofsinger was a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael M. Mihm of the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois. Prior to joining Cogan & McNabola, Mr. Nofsinger was an associate with a downstate firm where he represented clients in defense of personal injury claims.  He brings this experience of both sides of a trial to his plaintiff work at Cogan & McNabola.  He also has significant experience in state and federal courts throughout Illinois.
