Edward (Ted) McNabola has successfully handled hundreds of cases involving personal injury, medical negligence and class action, including a recent verdict at trial of $3.7 million for the family of a young woman who died as a result of negligent medical care. Also, Ted obtained a settlement in excess of $3.15 million for a Chicago Police Officer who suffered an injury resulting in partial loss of vision in one eye. His firm has obtained over $350 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients. His last three trials resulted in jury verdicts totally nearly $10 Million. Ted is an Adjunct Professor at the Northwestern University School of Law, where he teaches trial advocacy. He was chosen as one of Illinois' top 100 "Super Lawyers" in a survey of licensed attorneys conducted by Law & Politics magazine. He is an active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. McNabola is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and was elected by his peers to the General Assembly of the association.
