Mark E. McNabola's practice focuses on representing accident victims in personal injury and wrongful death actions involving trucking,  auto, aviation, Federal Employers Liability Act, general negligence, professional negligence and work-related injuries.

Mr. McNabola has helped his clients obtain millions of dollars in damage awards through jury trials and settlements. He has achieved numerous records for the highest dollar verdicts and settlements in Cook, Will and DuPage counties. He believes that unless a lawyer is willing to take a case to jury trial, insurance companies will never pay the full value of a case.  He is in the courtrooms of Illinois fighting for victims rights and has a success rate in excess of 95% in cases that he accepts.

He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy. He is an active member of many bar associations, the Society of Trial Lawyers and is on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured and is an author on various topics concerning accident victims' rights.

He is an active trial lawyer who believes in representing his clients throughout their relationship and does not delegating his primary responsibilities to another lawyer. He is a full-time lawyer who timely responds to clients questions and needs.
