Founded in 1992 by Michael Cogan & Mark McNabola

Michael P. Cogan, along with his partner, Mark McNabola, formed Cogan & McNabola, P.C., in 1992. Mr. Cogan grew up in the North suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Illinois where he obtained his college degree in 1978 and went on to attend the John Marshall Law School in Chicago (J.D. 1981).

Mark E. McNabola has personally litigated hundreds of state and federal complex court cases involving claims in negligence, products liability, professional malpractice, civil rights and wrongful death. He represents people who have been wrongfully killed or seriously injured through the fault of others. He and his partner, Michael Cogan, formed Cogan & McNabola in 1992.

Attorney Edward (Ted) McNabola has successfully handled hundreds of professional negligence, personal injury and class action cases. He is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern School of Law and was recently named one of the top 100 lawyers in the state of Illinois by Law & Politics magazine.
