Woman to Woman Radio featured attorney Mark McNabola in a show about how to advocate for your heath. The topic covered how to prevent medical mistakes and what to do if you are a victim.

Attorney Michael Cogan was featured on NBC 5 News in a story called "The Dangers of Distracted Driving." His client, Marla Gray-Moores, was interviewed about being hit by a car in the Chicago Loop while the driver was on a cell phone. Mr. Cogan obtained a $2 million settlement on behalf of Ms. Moores.

Atorneys Michael Cogan and James Navarre recently settled a personal injury case in Cook County for $2 million. The case involved a pedestrian hit by a car in the Chicago Loop. Read more details here.

A Cogan & McNabola settlement tops the 2009 Highest Settlement Survey in the October issue of Chicago Lawyer Magazine. Attorneys Mark McNabola and John Power settled the case on behalf of a man injured by a piece of construction equipment. The combined settlement for two injured men was $20 million. Attorney Mark McNabola is interviewed about the case.

Attorneys Ted McNabola and Michael Cogan are featured in the September issue of Chicago Lawyer Magazine in articles about choosing a law school and giving advice to law school students.

Cogan & McNabola reached a $1.5 million settlement for a medical malpractice case against a prominent neurosurgeon. The plaintiff underwent spinal surgery for a herniated disc in 2006. During his care of the patient, Dr. Andrew Zelby was alleged to be negligent. Michael Cogan and John Power from Cogan & McNabola handled the settlement.

Attorney James Navarre was recently featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. The article detailed his founding of a Little League organization on the city's Southeast side.

A Kane County jury reached a record verdict in a case involving a surgical device being left in the patient. The 1.305 million dollar verdict was awarded in the case tried by attorneys John Power and Michael Cogan. Michael Cogan was noted for his medical malpractice case involving a man who died as a result of an accident during brain surgery. Mark McNabolas case involved a 17-year-old girl who was killed in an accident involving a Greyhound bus that was traveling too fast for conditions.
