Cook County Jury Reaches $7.5 Million Verdict Against Local Hospital for Deadly Medical Mistake - Attorneys Ted McNabola and Ted Jennings tried a medical malpractice case that resulted in a $7.5 million verdict for their client's family. The case against UIC Medical Center involved a surgical accident resulting in the death of a 49 year-old man. Read the press release HERE.

$1.5 Million Jury Verdict for Medical Negligence at Central DuPage Hospital: A jury in DuPage County returned the record $1.5 verdict in favor of the family of a boy who died after a delay in diagnosing his twisted bowel.
